The Lenten Season begins with Ash Wednesday. On this day we are signed with a cross, for we live in and under that sign of God's love. With the evening celebration of the Mass of the Lord's Supper, Lent ends and the Christian community enters into the annual celebration of the Sacred Triduum. As we begin this holy season anew, let us make it our prayer that we may grow in our relationship withthe Lord through our prayer, penance and alsmgiving. May this Holy Season be a time of blessing for us all.
