Registration for current students takes place in February. New student registrations are accepted in March. Please watch the bulletin for details.
New families are notified by mail of acceptance or non-acceptance. A non-refundable family registration fee applies upon acceptance. If a child is not accepted, he or she may be placed on a waiting list for possible acceptance in the future if space becomes available. In the case of new parishioners or families relocating from out of town, students may also be enrolled during the School year if space in the appropriate grade is available.
Tuition and Tuition Assistance School tuition for "participating" parishioners includes support from the Parish budget. School tuition for families who are not members of the parish community (non-parishioner) or who do not qualify as participating families, pay the cost of education and do not receive support from the Parish budget.
To be eligible for the participating parishioner rate, the following criteria are considered. The family:
Participates in the faith life of the parish, especially coming together for Sunday Eucharist.
Financially supports the parish on a regular basis through the use of collection envelopes.
Participates in school and/or parish functions and programs. A minimum of 20 volunteer hours per family per year is required.
Registers in the parish and maintains current name, address and telephone number information in the parish records.
Families who do not meet these requirements are charged the non-parishioner rate for tuition. We understand that parishioners may experience temporary financial difficulty due to unforeseen circumstances. The Parish provides tuition assistance to families with demonstrable financial need. Contact the Business Manager in the Parish Office for information about tuition assistance.
